Several filmmakers bagged accolades at the Uganda Film Festival Awards gala that was organised by the Uganda Communications Commission at the Institute of Information and Communications Technology in Nakawa in Kampala on June 3.

Morris Mugisha’s Tembele, Eric Emokor’s Nalwawo and Loukman Ali’s The Girl In The Yellow Jumper scooped three awards each.

Other movies like Bedroom Chains and Foot Wine also did well.
