Ugandan film house Wakaliwood is scoring great success at the ongoing Documenta 15 film festival in Germany. In June 16, the group premiered its latest project “Football Commando” in Kassel, leaving fans mesmerized.

Well, on July 4, Wakaliwood screened its most famous movie “Who Killed Captain Alex” in Germany’s capital Berlin. Isaac Nabwana, the Ramon Film Production boss told the Kampala Sun that their fans in Berlin were left yearning for more.

“We visited Berlin for a workshop and screening and it all went well. Our fans loved our movies and requested us to have some live acting in which they featured. We managed to act with them after the screening and it was a great experience,” he said.

After the acting, Nabwana narrated that some fans that took up acting roles wrote their names on the Wakaliwood Wall of fame, hoping that their names would be cited in history for their contribution.
