Worship House Church senior pastor Wilson Bugembe put behind song theft allegations made by gospel singer Daudi Mugema to stage a successful show at Hotel Africana in Kampala on June 3.
Gospel music lovers started flocking to the venue from 6:00pm for Bugembe’s Katonda W’abanaku Mw’eno Ensonga concert.
Those who came in later than 8:00pm were forced to stand and watch from the screens as there was no more space.
There were performances from a number of gospel artistes, such as Joseph Ssegawa, Joy Tendo, Levixone, Betty Nakibuuka and Brian Lubega, who set the mood for the night as they sang uplifting praise and worship songs.
Secular musicians also performed, but only gospel or uplifting songs.

Roden Y Kabako, with his energetic dance moves, sang Sabisubila and Stani Tonkema; Mesach Ssemakula sang Mukama Bwagamba, while Bebe Cool sang Talimba Yesu.
Later Bugembe got on stage, performing almost all of his songs, including Wanaza, Katonda Yabade Mweno Ensonga, Bamuyita Yesu, and Miracle.
He then called TikTok sensations Asiya and Charles on stage.

Asiya prayed to God to bless Bugembe with a big house and a wife.
This threw people into bouts of laughter, clapping of hands and chanting.
Bugembe then had his last performances of the night before asking the guests to light their phones, raise them and pray for what each one of them wants to accomplish this year.
It was a night of praise and worship coupled with foods, fun, laughter and moments to remember.
