Thousands of people turned up for the mass vaccination exercise on Saturday October 16 at the Kololo Ceremonial Grounds. Vision Group partnered with UBL, Century Bottling Company, Kampala Capital City Authority and the Uganda National Cultural Centre to organise the exercise. According to the guidelines, those getting the second jab, received Astrazeneca, while those getting the first doze received Pfizer.
