South Sudan music star John frog has certainly done his calculations well.
When he spent a fortune doing a collaboration with Jose Chameleone, he was faulted for blowing money with no end result in sight. He however had the last laugh.
On Friday, John Frog launched his Trof album at a music concert that took place at the International University of East Africa auditorium (Didi’s World). The place was filled to the brim.
Frog, overcome by emotion, thanked Ugandan artistes for attending his Kampala album launch show
Ugandan artistes that graced the event included Jose Chameleone, who performed with his brother Weasel, Eddy Kenzo, Daddy Andre and Grenade official

Frog, who is believed to the best recording artiste in South Sudan said, “I will forever be grateful to all Ugandan artistes who have stood by me. Thank you for the music and thank you for the support.,”
The show was organized by South Sudan music promoter K2, who said that history was made by John Frog because he became the first South Sudanese artiste to launch a music album outside his country

“We launched this album in two countries that included Kenya and Uganda and I am surprised that our singer got big reception. I am grateful that we held these shows successfully,” he said
The show was attended by South Sudanese investor Bol Abuk and Ayen Makur Kulang Liei, the daughter of Lakes State governor, Makur Kulang Liei.
