The beef between singers Sheebah Karungi and Cindy Sanyu is far from ending. The two rivals have now gone all the way to hit up the Miss Uganda Contest, each vocally rooting for different contestants.

While Cindy is in for her younger sister Whitney Ademun Martha, representing the Eastern region, Sheebah is supporting Nassuna Husinah Linda.

Cindy said in an interview that as an elder sister, she has to support her younger sister despite not consulting her when she decided to take on the modelling career.

“I am very proud of her though I have never seen her in this. To be honest, she never consulted me about this, she just told me she had joined and as an elder sister, I had to give her all my support,” Cindy said.

Ademun emerged as the second runner-up in the Miss Uganda East contest that took place last month.

On the other side, Sheebah has been promoting Linda on her social media platforms calling out her fans to vote for her in the contest.

“Sheebaholics, Uganda..please help me vote for this young lady so she can turn her traumatic story into an inspirational one🙏🏾 She is one of the many beautiful young women contesting for Miss Uganda 🇺🇬 2023! @LindaLiwan1,” Sheebah wrote on her social media handles.

Linda is a student at Victoria University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

The Miss Uganda 2023-2024 will be crowned on March 17 in Kampala.

In the past few years, Sheebah has seemed to shift her guns from Cindy to Spice Diana following the arrest of one of Sheebah’s dancers by Spice Diana.
