The internet has been awash with several screenshots showing faded singer Leilah Kayondo purportedly abusing her ex-boyfriend, socialite SK Mbuga.
In the screenshots, the singer claims that the business tycoon is not man enough in bed and is, thus, not fit for any woman.
Well, the netizens are not buying her claims.
Many of them have perceived her move as a stunt to bring her back into the limelight. Some think she needs therapy, saying she has failed to move on since the two broke up.
TV presenter Jonathan Juxta, also the vice-president of the Entertainment Journalists Association, asked the singer to find a man and move on.
He drew comparisons between Kayondo and her closest friend, Hellen Lukoma.
“But my friend Leilah, why don’t you settle down? Leave the man alone and get another better man who will respect you and move on with him. Don’t you admire your friend Hellen Lukoma, who has settled in her marriage and is very happy? You are beautiful and deserve more than this.” Juxta said.
Kayondo is known for her hit songs Relaxing, Awo, Manifesto, Kankutijise, and Tompona.
Her music journey kicked off when she was a member of the Dream Galz, an all-girls music group that was known for songs like Wandekangawo and Weekend.
In 2009, she became a solo singer.
She later hooked up with SK Mbuga, but in 2015, the two bitterly parted ways.
Word on the street is that the tycoon did not have enough of the sexy Leilah and has been visiting her apartment to beg for a second chance. It is not yet clear why she got so pissed as to post such about him.
In 2016, Mbuga got married to Vivienne Birungi.
