Like many relationships, the one of producer Nash Wonder and singer Sumi Crazy started on a predictably high note.

The singer approached Nash Wonder to be ‘produced’ and then it was love at first sight and Wonder did all sorts of production with her.

After cohabiting for a little more than six years, Sumi Crazy has revealed in an exclusive interview that it is not all rainbows and unicorns.

“My relationship with Nash Wonder is not a bed of roses,” she says.

It is for perhaps that reason that the couple that met at the defunct Club Amnesia is now divided.

While Nash Wonder remains very popular in the secular music circles, Sumi Crazy has now moved to become a gospel singer.

“Nash Wonder approached me like the girl next door. When he found out I was an artiste, he offered to become my manager,” reveals Crazy.

Then boom, he decided to manage everything about her. The result is an 18 months old baby boy.

They have been together for nine years now.

Crazy now reveals that although Nash has been harsh to her sometimes, she is patient and happy that the relationship is growing stronger.

She advises fellow artistes to take relationships seriously. “I call upon fellow artistes to get married and have children because they are a blessing,” she advises.

We asked her what title she would give a book about her love life.

Her answer was sharp, “Marriage is not a Bed of Roses.”
