Famous gospel singer and former legislator Judith Babirye had a dream secret wedding in July 2018. However, her marriage to fellow legislator Paul Musoke Ssebulime wasn’t the idyllic one she dreamt of.
Their young marriage (11 months) crumbled. Rather than the envisaged happiness, battery, infidelity, suspected poisoning, witchcraft took centre stage.
The Born-Again singer left her matrimonial home and has since been living a reclusive life.
Today, she is back in the public, desperate to clean her tainted image. The celebrated gospel artiste has come out to all the fans, the gospel fraternity and the country for her past misdemeanors.
Through a very emotional video, Babirye in her video apologised to everyone who was affected by her actions a few years ago.
Through her Instagram account, the touched Babirye sang her heart out in acapella short video clip that she captioned with heartwarming words.
Even though the apology was not direct, different people in the comment section replied to her that mistakes are human and she is one so they forgave her.
“Today I come to you with one word! ‘Am very sorry I made this terrible mistake. May God bless you all and grant you grace to forgive me. Stay blessed always,” Babirye stated.
