The State Minister for Planning, Amos Lugolobi, who is currently under fire over using iron sheets meant to benefit vulnerable people in Karamoja, has de-roofed his animal shelter.
Lugoolobi had used the iron sheets to complete his animal shelter in Bbaale, Kayunga district.
