Singer David Lutalo has opened up on the ongoing beef with some promoters. In January 2022, some promoters claimed that he is too selfish since he organizes his own shows and has totally disregarded them.
This sparked several online debates, with some promoters threatening to boycott him in future.
Well, the artist is not cowed by such threats. During an interview yesterday, the singer said he can not tolerate disrespect in the industry.
“I can’t hob-nob with someone that does not respect me. You get what you give. If I show them respect, it is only natural that they reciprocate. At the moment, I don’t know what to do for them,” he said.
He however hinted that he has no problem with any promoter and rubbished claims that he is self-made and doesn’t need promoters whatsoever.
