Ever since the music and entertainment industry was reopened earlier this year, Levels lounge has been one of the top hangouts that’s been having a busy schedule especially with their stress Clinic night that happens every Monday.
The night is about comedy and music, different comedians perform alongside different musicians and yesterday it happened to be a night of Afrigo Band where they performed for their many fans around Kampala suburbs.
However, the night didn’t go well with the bands legendary female musician Joanita Kawalya who lost her phone after their performance at the city hangout.
After realizing that she had lost it, she rushed to her social media platforms and called out all her friends and fans to ignore any impersonator who may reach out to them asking for money or any kind of help in her names.
“Dear family and friends I would like to clarify that I am well however tonight after our performance at LEVELS my phone was stolen(robbed) and the impersonator may or has already called you stating that I need money from you please don’t send money to that person,” reads a post off her Facebook page.
“I am trying to get back my line and any progress will and shall be communicated to you through my social media platforms. ” she added.
On the night, the band was also celebrating the legendary Moses Matovu’s 73rd birthday and he was treated with a cake from the band and an Acapella of a birthday song.
