The soft spoken Police spokesperson Fred Enanga has celebrated first heroic medal award with a sumptuous dinner
“The medal was timely due to the fact that it is the greatest experience I have had in my career as police officer Enanga,” said.
Enanga was speaking on June 9 during a dinner to celebrate his heroic achievement in serving government at Middle East Restaurant in Bukoto.

He noted that he felt what it means to be dedicated in order to get this kid of reward.
Enanga will be remembered for his greatest role of informing the public on the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
He was among the 81 people who received medals of Honor from President Museveni to mark this year’s National Heroes’ Day.

Every on June 9th National Heroes’ Day is a public holiday in the Republic of Uganda observed to commemorate those who lost their lives in the Ugandan Bush War (1981 – 1986).
Enanga said he was awarded the Golden jubilee medal for his exemplary work in police, as well as his demonstration of high professional standards.

“I dedicate special thanks to Inspector General of Police and police adversary committee more especially public relations department, I have been in other departments but this has made me more visible,” he said.
