Singer Cindy Sanyu ‘The King Herself’ has given birth to a bouncing baby girl!
Her new husband, actor Joel Prynce Atiku Okuyo, took to social media to relay the happy news yesterday.
“She’s here. God is great,” he stated, with a picture of himself cradling his bundle of joy.
This is the couple’s first child together. Cindy was previously in a long-term relationship with Italian Mario Brunetti and they have one child. The child is also Okuyo’s second.
The two got married at St. Stephen’s Church Kisugu in Kampala last month. They hosted their guests to a reception at Extreme Adventure in Busiika.
At her wedding reception, Cindy thanked Okuyo for always believing in her. She revealed that Prynce has literally been her knight in shining armour. Even when she didn’t believe she could pull off the Boom Party Concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval on March 7, 2020, she said he assured her of her abilities. It turned out to be a sold-out concert.
