With the ongoing preparation for the Mbarara Rally set for this weekend, 2022 promises to be a very fast year. A new team has join the fray, and promises the works. Straight out of the COVID-19 countrywide lockdown, it is no surprise that the new team is led by a medical doctor.

Henry Maseruka and his co-driver, Denis Tibenda, launched their Bugerere Boys Rally Team at Alfredo’s Bar in Mpererwe, a city suburb, recently.

The Mbarara Rally, the first in 2022, will be their maiden event.

The launch featured revving activity that excited the few fans who had been invited in keeping with the COVID-19 SOPs.

Going by the way the Ruparelia Rally Team breathed new excitement in local rally, we can only wait to see what these news boys have to offer.

“I am paying all expenses for my fans who want to attend the Mbarara Rally. I know rallying is expensive for fans and I am willing to give them a first class experience,” Maseruka said during the launch.

The Rukaari-Mbarara rally will take place from Friday to Saturday.

The fraternity will observe a moment of silence for Charles Muhangi and Wilberforce Pole Pole who died during the COVID-19 lockdown.
