Singer-turned-politician Bobi Wine, real name Robert Kyagulanyi, has refused to take sides in the battle between Pallaso and Alien Skin.
The two artistes will be having their concerts today, June 9, 2023.
In a social media post, Bobi Wine said he could not side with any of the musicians because they are both his friends.
“Pallaso is my good friend and I owe him love. Pallaso used his music to advocate for my freedom when I was arrested in 2018 while in Arua. I will never forget him for that. I wish him a good concert,” he said.
Bobi also said he is a fan of Alien Skin, saying the Sitya Danger singer is a true representation of the ghetto people of Uganda.
He ended his post by saying Kampala has a lot of people who can fill up both Lugogo Cricket Oval (Pallaso) and Freedom City (Alien Skin).
