Events promoter Balaam Barugahara, who is behind singer Pallaso’s Love Fest concert, slated for this Friday, June 9, at Lugogo Cricket Oval, Kampala has lashed out at promoter Abtex for organising Alien Skin’s concert on the same date.
During an interview with The Kampala Sun at Lugogo Cricket Oval on June 9, he said Abtex went against what they had agreed as members of the Uganda National Promoters Association (UNPA) and will, therefore, face the disciplinary committee.
Accompanied by veteran musician Ragga Dee, Barugahara called upon fans of singer Pallaso to attend his Love Fest and those of Alien Skin to go and support him. He, however, vowed that this would be the end of such an act, where shows organised by promoters in UNPA fall on the same date.
Raga Dee also blamed Abtex for setting a concert on the same day with Balaam.
