The commander of the land forces, Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s 48th birthday celebrations reached climax with a private dinner being thrown at State House, Entebbe on Sunday.
Rwandan President Paul Kagame, who jetted into the country on the invitation of President Yoweri Museveni and First Lady Janet Kataha Museveni, also attended the event.
