The Makindye Chief Magistrate, Esther Adikin, has advised City socialite Charles Olim aka Sipapa and his wife Shamilah Nakiyimba to seek bail from the High Court.
The Magistrate reasoned that the charges against the duo are capital in nature, therefore, her court had no jurisdiction to try the same, and further remanded them until October 10.
